A typical villa setup has a gate station, an indoor monitor on each floor and the app on every family member's phone. Deliveries are a big reason people upgrade: you can answer the courier and open the gate while you are at work.
Upgrading old audio intercoms
Many older Dubai villas still have audio-only intercoms. A 2-wire video system can reuse the existing cable, so we can upgrade to video without breaking walls.
Apartment buildings
For buildings we install lobby panels with a resident directory and a monitor in each apartment, combined with access control on lobby and car park doors.

Can I open the gate from my phone?
Yes. With an IP or hybrid intercom connected to your gate motor, you can answer visitors and open the gate from the app.
Can you reuse my old intercom cables?
Usually yes. 2-wire video intercom systems are designed to run over existing two-core cable.
