Why maintenance matters in Dubai
Heat, dust and humidity are hard on outdoor cameras and recorders. Lenses get dirty, hard disks fail in hot cupboards and power supplies age. Regular visits catch these problems before you discover them the day you need footage.

Taking over an existing system

Do you maintain CCTV installed by other companies?
Yes. We maintain and repair most common brands, including Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview and CP Plus systems installed by others.
How often should CCTV be serviced?
Most homes need one or two visits a year. Shops, warehouses and regulated premises usually need quarterly visits. We recommend a schedule at the first visit.
My cameras stopped recording. Can you help quickly?
Yes. Send us a WhatsApp message with a photo of the recorder and we will advise or arrange a visit.
