Labelled, tested, documented
Every point we terminate is tested and labelled at both ends, and you receive a port map. When something goes wrong later, your IT person can trace a cable in minutes instead of hours.
Phone systems that fit how you work
We configure IP PABX systems with extensions for each desk, a welcome menu for callers, ring groups for sales and support, call forwarding to mobiles after hours, and call recording where you need it for quality or disputes.

Questions people ask
Can we keep our existing phone numbers?
Usually yes. We connect the IP PABX to your existing landlines or SIP trunks from your telecom provider, so your numbers stay the same.
Can calls be forwarded to mobiles?
Yes. Calls can follow staff to their mobiles after hours or when they are away from their desk, using the PABX rules or a softphone app.
Do you provide cabling for new offices?
Yes. We cable new fit-outs for data, phones, cameras and access points in one job, which is cheaper than adding each system separately.
