We plan coverage first, then install
Most CCTV complaints we are called to fix come from the same problem: cameras were placed where cabling was easy, not where they were needed. The result is footage of ceilings, faces lost in backlight at the shop door, and number plates that are unreadable at night.
On our site survey we walk the property, mark every entry point, cash point and blind spot, and choose the lens and resolution for each position. You get a written camera schedule showing what each camera covers and why, so you can approve the plan before any work starts.
Built to pass inspection
Commercial premises in Dubai and Sharjah are expected to meet specific CCTV rules on camera resolution, recording retention, backup power and signage. We are a Sharjah Police approved installer, and we build Dubai systems to the current SIRA requirements. If your licence renewal depends on a CCTV certificate, tell us at the survey and we will scope the system to match.
Homes and villas
For villas we usually cover the gate, driveway, every external door and the garden perimeter, with a camera at the main door that can recognise faces in daylight and at night. Everything is set up on the family's phones before we leave, and we show you how to find and export a clip.
Shops, offices and warehouses
Retail jobs focus on the entrance, the cash counter and the stock room. Offices need entrances, reception and server rooms. Warehouses need loading bays, yard perimeters and vehicle gates, often with long-range or PTZ cameras and a monitor for the security guard.
Upgrades and repairs
Already have a system? We repair and upgrade existing installations, including replacing old analogue cameras with IP cameras, adding storage to meet retention rules, and fixing remote viewing that has stopped working.

Questions people ask
How long does a CCTV installation take?
A 4–8 camera villa or shop installation usually takes one working day. Larger commercial sites with long cable runs or control rooms can take two to five days, which we confirm in the quote.
Can I watch the cameras on my phone?
Yes. We set up the manufacturer's app (such as Hik-Connect for Hikvision) on your phones before we leave and show you how to view live video, play back recordings and download clips.
How many days of recording do I need?
It depends on the premises. Many commercial sites in Sharjah are expected to keep at least 60 days of footage, and Dubai rules vary by activity. We size the hard disks to the retention your premises needs and confirm the current requirement during the survey.
Do you provide CCTV maintenance (AMC)?
Yes. Our annual maintenance contracts include scheduled visits to clean cameras, check recording, update firmware and replace failed parts, plus priority call-outs.
Which camera brands do you install?
We mainly install Hikvision and Dahua, along with Uniview, CP Plus and Bosch. We recommend the brand that suits your budget and any compliance requirements for your premises.
